Covid-19 Plan and Policy

Our biggest concern is keeping you and our surrounding communities safe. We are following the best practices as advised by our local governments and are updating our safety precautions as the situation develops.  Our operation has taken Covid-19 very seriously. We have a very large facility that could accommodate 3 times the amount of guests we take.  This allows everyone to easily maintain social distancing while being at the lodge.   You will never feel your space is crowded, or ever be forced to be within 6 feet of any other guests.  Throughout the duration of your stay, the only time you will be less than 6 feet from people will be in the vehicles during a very short shuttle, or with your server.  Chauffeurs and servers will be extremely careful, and safe and will be wearing masks and surgical gloves at all times. 


  • We have added extensive sanitizing practices in all areas of the operation, from guest rooms to back offices, to our already thorough cleaning protocols.

  • Plentiful hand sanitizer in the public and back-office areas for guest and employee use.

  • Travel restrictions and self-quarantine procedures for all of our employees.

  • Daily updates to our employees about safety measures.

  • Following the restrictions and guidance of our national governments and local health organizations. 

Outlined below are the steps we are currently planning on taking based on what we currently know about the COVID-19 pandemic and what is being required or recommended by our local health authorities. We realize things may change before you arrive, and we may be able to relax some of the steps described below or we may need to make them stronger, again, based on what our local health authorities require or recommend. We are committed to your safety as well as to our own

Our staff will be taking extra precautions at every stop during your trip. We will provide safe shuttles to and from any destinations. We will have a separate quarantine house available for anyone exhibiting any symptoms at all.

We have implemented extra cleaning protocols to ensure every surface is wiped down and signed off to ensure this upkeep is completed by our staff. Door knobs, tabletops, counters, and other common surfaces will be constantly sanitized. Jet Boats and Rafts will be completely sanitized each evening.

In the lodge, we will have extra seating which will allow folks to sit further away from each other. We will position germicidal spray and paper towels at each stop during the day: in the heli, in your room, boat, mudroom, and lodge.

Every possible precaution will be taken by our Team

We will consult with our local health department to determine appropriate actions if a guest or worker presents symptoms of COVID-19 disease, as well as how to respond if asked to quarantine guests.

Dinner: Guests have the option to eat in their cabins. A member of staff wearing protective gear will deliver your dinner and come back for plates when you are done

Staff and guests will be supplied masks and gloves for use each day. Gloves and masks will be used when the proper distance is difficult to maintain such as Shuttles and in Heli.

Inside staff will utilize new and improved cleaning procedures, wear masks, and surgical gloves when cooking, cleaning, or serving.

Our in-depth cleanliness and disinfection protocol were created to ensure your safety and peace of mind from check-in to check-out.  

We are continuously monitoring and following the changes in recommendations and guidelines of the local governments and the local health authorities to continue working towards providing the best service possible while safeguarding the safety of our guests and staff

Our cancellation policy

- Free modifications subject to availability and/or any rate differences  
- Free cancellations up to 24 hours before arrival date 
    ○ If a deposit has been paid, the amount will be refunded to the credit card used

All reservations booked up to August 31, 2020, for any future arrival date, can be changed or canceled at no charge, up to 24 hours before the scheduled date of arrival.
